This is a lovely place. I went here to a tux for my own wedding and for my brother's wedding. Both times went flawlessly. Even when there were any issues, they were fixed promptly and with much care. I definitely recommend Thomas Brother's for any proms, weddings, or formal gatherings!
My boyfriend took my son into Thomas Brothers to find a tuxedo for prom. They were treated extremely well. Great place. I am not from here but my oldest son lives down here. I have another son who is getting married. Any way we needed measurements. We called they gave us a very low price, but when my son got there they took his measurements, they were/she was very nice and in the end he did not get charged. Now just to let everyone know we fully expected to pay and at the price we would have been most happy so instead I decided to make sure you knew this is a very nice place people and store.
The manager is so sweet and helpful. She helped me find the PERFECT dress for an event I’m going to! I will definitely be back!!

I've never rented formal wear from Thomas Brothers, but if I ever have to rent some in Starkville, they are going to be the only place I'll ever go. Last weekend, I came to Starkville for a family funeral, and I realized too late that I left my cufflinks back in Atlanta. I visited several stores, but came away empty handed - the young lady at the jewelry counter at Wal-Mart even laughed at me when I asked if they sold cufflinks. Out of desperation, I called Thomas Brothers and asked if they would rent me a set of tuxedo jewelry. Rachel asked me what in the world I would need to rent just a set of jewelry for, and I explained my predicament. She said, "Oh, dear, just come on in, and we'll get you straight." Long story short, Thomas Brothers loaned me cufflinks for a funeral, no questions asked. That's great customer service, and I have to imagine that they're taking care of their actual paying customers even better. So many thanks to Rachel and Thomas Brothers for helping me out during what was already a difficult weekend. Highly recommended!
